Water was beautiful all week. Temperature fluctuated between 64 and 67. Some bait was caught in the mornings to include Cigar minnows, Goggle-eye and a few Ballyhoo. However, the bite did not match the conditions. Fishing was tough!
Flounder dominated the catches and those numbers were not typical. Only a few fish were caught all week with just a couple that were keepers. Live Bull minnows and live small Cigar minnows were the choice baits fished on a Carolina rig.

The only other action came this morning (12-08-21) as the Bonita were chewing for about 2 hours. Spoons behind a bubble was the ticket for strikes. About a dozen Bobos hit the deck with several more lost to a pulled hook or cut off in the pilngs. Casey put the most on the deck with fish like this:
